How to request assistance

FRM will be there to help you wherever you are with your bicycle.

To initiate the practice of assistance just contact our customer service at, providing a brief description of the problem and enclosing some photos of the damage as well as proof of purchase.

You will be contacted within 48 hours by our customer service to agree on the best possible solution.

For any maintenance you can contact our internal service center. Our technician team will handle the situation and at the end of the process will provide you with:

  • A complete report of the interventions realized, if necessary also with the support of audio and video material
  • An official FRM certification that will attest to its quality
